Ceren Çetinkaya is a PhD candidate in International Relations at Central European University, Vienna. Her dissertation investigates the role of cultural producers in foreign policy making with a focus on the production and circulation of Ottoman-themed Turkish soap operas in the MENA region. Before her Ph.D. studies, she worked as a project executive at the Turkish Education Foundation in İstanbul. Ceren is working under the supervision of Dr. Cengiz Günay at oiip.
