Dr. Zeynep Arkan Tuncel is a Visiting Fellow at the Austrian Institute for International Affairs – oiip – and Associate Professor of International Relations at Hacettepe University. Ankara. Her research interests include:
- EU foreign and security policy and hybrid threats
- Turkish foreign policy
- Critical IR theories
- The role of identity, discourses and narratives in foreign policy
