Dr. Judith Kohlenberger
Senior Researcher

Judith Kohlenberger is a senior researcher the Austrian Institute for International Affairs (oiip) and the Institute for Social Policy, Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU). She is also affiliated at the Jacques Delors Centre at Hertie School in Berlin. Her work has been published in international journals such PLOS One, Refugee Survey Quarterly and International Migration, and awarded several prizes, most recently the Austrian Academic Book of the Year 2023. She serves in the Integration Council of the City of Vienna and on the board of the Austrian Society for European Politics (ÖgfE). At oiip, Judith works on forced migration and refugees, in particular from the Middle East, and their labor market integration in European host countries.
